Portion sizes are too small. Didn't realize these are per person portions and not really shareable. Duck curry flavor was good. Well balance of spicy and sweet that doesn't overpower in any one direction.

we got the crispy corn (wished it was crispier haha and would recommend getting peanut sauce with it), the roti (both peanut sauce and curry are yummy depending on your mood) and veggie red curry thai hot (my bf likes a lot of spice and he found that he would prefer it a bit spicier, i had one spoon and it was very spicy for me but not so bad - no tears or coughing haha). ive also gotten the pad thai and its yummy! overall really good food.

Hands down, this is still the absolute best spot for Thai food in the Tri-City area. We’ve been ordering takeout from here for ages, and the quality and flavor never waver. The restaurant is run by Ed, who is incredibly humble and always goes above and beyond to ensure every dish is perfect. He actually learned his culinary skills from his mom, and after all these years, this wonderful family-run business never ceases to amaze us 🧘

We've been coming here to Simply Thai for over 7 years and honestly love this place so much. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and since they're open six days a week, it’s our ultimate go-to. We always order via their website and have found it to be super user friendly. Their Tom Kha Gai soup is the best! It has just the right amount of spicy kick, and we get it every single time. We also love their green and panang curries (they do not skimp on the protein, and the veggies are always spot on) as well as their flavorful pad kee mow (wide noodles). They give you decent portions, too, so we always make sure to order extra just to have the best leftovers the next day. We highly recommend checking them out.

I am writing this review while still waiting for our food after 1.5 hours. We placed an online order at 7:40 PM, and the estimated pickup time was 20–25 minutes. We arrived at 8:15 PM expecting it to be ready, but we didn’t receive our food until around 9:30 PM. I understand that today is Mother’s Day and restaurants can get extremely busy, but this place was clearly not prepared for the crowd. There seemed to be no organization or order priority and they continued taking new orders even though they were already struggling to keep up. The atmosphere inside was chaotic and many customers were visibly frustrated waiting for updates. What made the experience worse was the lack of proper communication. They kept saying 10 more minutes when clearly it was not. The lady at the counter was rude instead of acknowledging the delay or apologizing. A little transparency and customer service would have gone a long way. The disappointing part is that I actually like the food here which is why this experience was so frustrating. But after tonight, I am honestly done. Good food can only make up for so much when the service and overall experience are this poor. I won’t be coming back again.
